This website (wingsforyou.aiwale.co.in) is operated by Anushree Omkar Barve ("we", "us", "the operator") to enable parents and guardians of students enrolled in Wings For You's academic tuition classes to pay tuition fees online.

2. Use of This Website

By submitting a payment request through this website, you confirm that the payer name, phone number, amount, and purpose you enter are accurate. This website does not require account creation or login for making a payment.

3. Payments

All payments are processed via UPI through our third-party payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments. We do not store your UPI PIN, card details, or bank credentials at any point — these are handled entirely by Cashfree's secure payment infrastructure. A payment is considered successful only once confirmed by Cashfree; the on-screen message shown immediately after payment is a status check, not final proof of payment.

4. Fees

Tuition fee amounts are set and communicated by the operator directly to enrolled students' parents/guardians (in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp) prior to payment. This website does not independently determine or advertise fee amounts.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
